BLU server reboot glitch

Last night I had to call our ISP to reboot the BLU server, and for some
reason it didn't come up all the way; bind, apache, and postfix never
started, whereas they started fine when we rebooted on Friday after a
kernel upgrade. So we've had no mail or web functionality since 2:52 am.

I just restarted these services by hand, so the server should be fine now.
I'm investigating to determine what happened.
