problems with lilo

I did a dual boot between RH7.3 and windows xp.  After
some time it started causes problems and my sytem
couldn't handle it so i removed the linux partitions. 
Now whenever i boot up windows the linux boot loader
pops up even though linux isn't there.  how do i get
rid of this so it uses the windows boot loader?
