Verizon & Ports

I was running my server and ports 21, 22, 8080 were
open as i was running an ftp server and a web server. 
I mentioned earlier my problem with verizon and how
they have closed off port 80.  
All of a sudden a few days ago all the ports were
closed.  My router has these ports open and so does
openbsd box.  
I have a feeling that verizon did this.  Anyone know
of this?  Could it be verizon or is it something else?
