Sorry but an urgent windows question

Did you download and install the latest nVidia reference drivers from 
http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp or even 
http://www.msi.com.tw. You should.  I have owned many nVidia cards and I 
have had similar problems.  The drivers vary in quality so try the 
latest reference ones.  Also, check that there are no hardware conflicts 
and that you have updated all patches/fixes to Windows and Direct X 
using Windows Update.
