To swap or not to swap that is the question

I have always used 2.5 x physical RAM as the rule of thumb.  However, with 
that said I would not create a swap that was less than 128MB.

32 = 80MB (128MB)
64 = 160MB
128= 320MB
etc, etc, etc....
