Minicom and windows

Hyperterminal ships with every copy of Windows since Win95. It's NOT the default console or Telnet application so you need to look in the menus for it.


It's a very nice client... it handles serial port TCP/IP servers very well, which other clients (Putty, MS Telnet) didn't like (especially when trying to display BIOS menu over telnet).
