Ok, I guess we've forgotten to ask the basics, like, can you access these 
services from the inside?  And what, if any, messages are there in the log 
files?

If you provide me with an IP address I'd be happy to try to access your 
system, to see what the various services report.  Do you have anonymous FTP 
enabled?  What does happen when you try to access inet services from the 
outside?  Are there any error messages?
