Having never met Mr. Bray and not working with him at any point, I
also have to concur that he generally misses the point.  :(   It's
unfortunate that someone that clueless has so much power within the
local community.  I frequently feel my blood pressure rise when I
read Mr. Bray's articles due to his "missing the point" so often. :(
