I saw this p[osted on several other lists:
http://www.opensource.org/sco-vs-ibm.html

This is a position paper prepared by Eric Raymond in response to the SCO
vs. IBM complaint. While a bit dry, it contains several very interenting
features, such as the relationship between the various flavor of Unixes.
It also contains the corporate history of Unix and who apparently owns
what and who allegedly stole what (eg. AT&T stole some BSD code).
