Comcast and cable modems

[Jerry Feldman]

I just received some email from Comcast that they are going to replace
my cable modem. While I don't particularly mind that, but has anyone
else received that notification and if so, does anyone know if that
modem will be incompatible with Linksys routers?
(eg. USB only).
