FYI: Novell says SCO doesn't own Unix 'rights'

In case you haven't heard yet, Novell has made a press release that
the copyright/patent rights to Unix were not transferred to SCO.
(I assume the 'right to charge money' is what was sold.)  Novell's

Looks like SCO may have some problems going forward with their lawsuits.
