I'll look at your posting - but, why are you trying to use Postfix if you have 
a dynamic IP?  Postfix is suitable for a mail server.  Does your ISP 
dynamically map a domain name to your current IP address?  If you don't need 
to set up a mail server, you're better off using your ISP's mail server.

That being said, the next thing to do is to see if there's any advice in the 
Postfix doc about dealing with dynamic IP's.
