PGP/GnuPG Keysigning Party IV

I made some changes to the keysigning party page

- Only email addresses are obfuscated
- The table has been reformatted to be narrower
- Long uid's get wrapped between the name and email address
- All uid's for a key are printed.  Nice, eh?
- I moved some of the BLU-specific stuff to a config section at the top of 
the script in preparation for getting it in publishable condition.


Should I remove the keys from the keyring that were not actually part of the 
event?
