I've figured that dust will be a problem, along with cat fur :), but I've
written that off as negligable, as the heat from my room is probably doing
similar things. Do you have any environment control in your basement? OR
is it all done my mother nature?

Thanks for the reply, at least I know I'm not crazy for thinking about
this.
