hi.  mr. martin is 100% correct.  be very careful about your wording.  i 
got in a little trouble myself a few years back and there's a reason 
that the federal conviction rate is extremely high.  right and wrong 
have little to do with the issue, it's what the law says (and the 
limited power of judges with mandatory minimums and the sweeping power 
of federal prosecutors).  the wording of your email can easily be 
interpreted as you're going to break the law.  screw the feds, the riaa 
and bill, but don't screw yourself.  my $0.02.  good luck man.  -eric
