Wait a minute Gordon, according you we shouldn't use HTML in email 
because "HTML is a web format", but we should use email for file 
transfers?  Egads, entire encoding systems had to be invented to allow 
binary files to be sent using only ASCII characters - talk about 
extending a protocol beyond its design.   Oh, by the way, I've attached 
the file you've requested, go ahead and open it.  Don't worry; I've 
scanned it for viruses. <grin>   Frankly, I hate attachments.  Why 
should I be forced to receive and store every multi-megabyte 
virus-ridden file that gets sent my way when a hyperlink to a location 
using real file transfer protocol will do just fine.
