Comcast is certainly NOT blocking port 25. I have an SMTP server
running on port 25 and I am revceiving and sending all my email. Most
of my email either goes through the BLU server which is forwarded to my
hostname.

A number of major businesses are rejecting Comcast dynamic IP addresses
in email, so that if you use your system to send email out directly,
some companies (such as AOL, The World), will reject your email.
