Buzgilla and sendmail

Hello all,

I have new install bugzilla on a redhat AS 4.0. It
seems we are not able to send the bugs from bugzilla
2.18.3 to individual?
Can anyone tell me where I should look at it? Sendmail
is up and running. I can access bugzilla from the web
and create new account.
