I have since learned that unless Sen. Pacheco
invited you to speak you may not speak.  Not
my idea of a public hearing, but apparently
it is his.

Email, followed up with bond paper and a wet
signature, to both Pacheco and Galvin would
thus be the best thing for all concerned,
and I hope "all" means all.
