Rack equipment vendor/thoughts on Dell?

As I stated, I am just guessing, but from what I read, HP relies on
RedHat for most all of the RedHat support, where IBM does most of it's
own first-call support for Linux. I cannot speak to this first hand, but
that is what I have read. If anyone knows that this is an incorrect
assumption, please let us all know.
