I have Speakeasy (and love it), but I think when they give you a 
"Dynamic" IP, it's listed in the RBL "dynamic" block, and so very few 
ISP's will take mail sent directly from you.

It's been a few months since I read the blurb, but ISTR that as the 
important difference.
