online simulcast of BLU meetings

Hi all.  Here's a ruff draft of the video from last night.  When I get the 
time I'll play with using various formats and figure out what's best for 
this situation.  Comments welcome.  Here's the link:

The file is slightly over a gig so it may take a while to download.

If I'm allowed to record the next talk I'll try to remember to not tape 
the back of people's heads the whole time.  :)
