Refill HP Toner cartridges

We have an HP Color LaserJet 4700 in the office, and the cartridges for it 
are quite expensive. The cartridges are Q595xA where x is 0 for black, 1 
for Cyan, et. al. We had the printer less than a month and we have already 
replaced the black cartridge and are about to replace the Cyan.
