I was a customer from the early 90s. It was my first commercial
internet account. I had it on my business cards. I used to say they
were the best.

Their reliability has been going down for the last few years. They
dumped a lot of dialups numbers they had nationally. I would often
find no regional number (forget toll free.) when I travelled. (Like
the entire gulf coast Florida.)

Last straw was repeated, deliberate blocking/cutting of legit mail
(e.g. blu based list mail, besides others) without any apology or
institution of measures to prevent recurrence. When it was clear the
problems weren't going to get better, I had to cut and run. I told
them in August to kill my account at the end of the month, but they
charged my account this month, still. Beginning to sound like an
AOHell story?
