Dialup ISP suggestions?

I had used The World for well over 10 years from the time we had a deal
with them through the old BCS. It was never my primary since I got a
cable modem very early. I used them as my backup dialup service if the
cable went down, and whenever I was traveling, but now since most
hotels have either cable or wireless I really don't need a backup
dialup service. They are very aggressive in their anti-SPAM program,
and they have had some downtime.
