I would avoid anything Belkin. Additionally, someone had trouble with 
Buffalo stuff too.
Both Netgear and Linksys have a variety of print servers starting about $55 
mail order. Some have wireless capabilities. Nearly all have USB 2.0, and 
some have parallel ports. 
Example:
Linksys PSUS4 PrintServer for USB with 4 Port Switch is under $60 at Amazon. 
the wireless versions are about $10 more, but may be good for a laptop.
none of the print servers on Amazon had more than 3 out of 5 stars. 

In the past I have used both Netgear and Linksys equipment with a lot of 
success.  Additionally, D-Link is ok. I've seen mixed results with their 
equipment, but not really first hand.
