Drupal: vote up or down

I like drupal for a couple reasons.  First, it's got an active
security-announce list that posts important security-related fixes
(http://drupal.org/security ; box in lower left side).

Second, I've never written a php program in my life, and my sql skills are
pretty basic.  So those aren't skills you need unless you're writing your own
theme or plugin.

It seems pretty stable, security-wise.  The vast majority of the messages on
the security-announce list are about contributed plugins, almost none are
about the core.  It also gives me confidence that some high-profile sites
(like fedoranews.org) use it.
