I use registrydomains for my domain registry  I can use their
nameservers for each domain or provide the address for other
nameservers of choice.  Based on the response by Matt and Ward I
checked registrydomains and it seem that they are now providing
dynamic dns updating on their site.  I will need to read more.  Thanks
for the suggestions.
