IIC Internet Virtual servers

I just upgraded to FIOS and as expected they are blocking port 80 and
24. I need to keep my websites operating.   I am considering setting
up a web site on a somewhat inexpensive Virtual Zen server such as IIC
Internet ( http://iicvps.com/index.php ).  Does anyone have experience
with IIC Internet.  I just need to run a small low bandwidth websites
using Debian, Apache2, Zope, and Plone.  I would appreciate any advise
on options.
