The real problem (that I see) is that there isn't enough RAM to
run good anti-spam techniques.

Running Clam A/V, SpamAssassin and a few IMAPd simultaneously will
eat most of 128MB.

On the other hand, they are more or less perfect as a local file and
print server -- the printers will dwarf such a box in both size and
power consumption.

Getting two, and doing an rsync of all the data each night,
would serve most small offices admirably.
