Yes, the entry level service is 20M/5M for $60/mo. So a bit better upstream.

As noted in my earlier posting, the "small business" hardware supports 
two T-1 connections, running ATM, so latency should be fairly well 
controlled on those, but whether Verizon will sell you data services 
over those connections is another matter.
