Yeah, but if you are doing all this on a hosted web server, you don't have
control of this (or the httpd.conf) setting. That's another nice thing about
using phpMyAdmin - it works even on a foreign, hosted, web server. You don't
need commandline access. That, plus a "GUI", makes it the method of choice
for me.
