SMP and dual coure CPUs

There are some major differences between dual CPU and dual core. A quad
core CPU still wouldn't address those issues.

I would rather go dual single SMP, than single dual core. The multi-core
CPUs don't have the same raw processing power as an equivalent real SMP
system. Obviously, if I can get a rel SMP system with multi-core CPUs,
that's better.
