Actually, HP has some suggestions including the paper. When I put paper
in your LJ 4700 at work, I generally flex the paper, but we rarely have
a jam.=20
A few years ago HP was accused of not fixing a known problem with paper
jamming and they came out with a fix kit. Additionally, I do know the
rollers can wear. In any case, the 4100 is a good B&W laser, and a
bargain at the price I paid.=20
