Ubuntu commercial support is the same as Vista Ultimate?!?!

Apples to Oranges again, your comparing Linux 'real' support with
Microsofts product costs.

The Microsoft windows support is very very minimal, practically
limited to setting it up. if you want desktop support you'll have to
pay much more than that.

Besides, in the UK Vista Unlimited costs £250 ($500) so it's hardly
fair or just price even for the product let alone the rather minimal
product support.
