DD-WRT - how to add > 40 MAC addresses to MAC filter?

The limit wasn't the size of a text field; it was the fact that the form
has
exactly 40 text fields, labeled MAC_01 through MAC_40. Expanding it
would have entailed editing the form on the box, and also modifying its
CGI back-end. And thoroughly testing the changes.

Even if the CGI was a simple script, and not a binary blob, it would be far
less trouble to reflash the unit with something like DD-WRT.
