Hi Jerry:

Not exactly a direct answer to the question, but mvps.org (Microsoft MVPs) 
maintains a hosts file that gets updated regularly, pointing to such web 
sites and sets them to localhost.

You may want to check it out.   I use it on most machines I touch and it 
really works well.   It also helps various websites load faster because 
the sites no longer reach out to many ad sites for additional info.
