Anyone using Wireless-N yet?

I'm thinking about whether to upgrade the wireless at work from a
WRT54GS to a WRT350N, which I understand should dramatically
increase wireless bandwidth for my users, once I provide them with
corresponding Wireless-N PC cards.

But I see that the Wireless-N standard is still in draft. What's the
common wisdom these days on deploying now vs waiting for the
final standard?
