Not exactly like VMware, since you need virtualization extensions in 
your CPU to support Windows guests.  Since this is the case, I would 
take a peek at KVM and keep an eye on it.  You can install KVM in Ubuntu 
Feisty with....

$ sudo aptitude install kvm
