After reading more on Groklaw, it appears that the Chapter 11 actually
stays the trial.=20
I haven't read much further, but there is some discussion about Novell
filing a motion to either deny the Chapter 11 or force a Chapter 7.
Note that Novell is not listed as one of the top 20 creditors.=20
