I only discovered the outage by noticing that no one had responded to a
posting that I made on the 31st.  I went onto www.blu.org to look at the
archives and noticed a several-day gap, so I resubscribed to the mailing list.

I've got a personal archive of the BLU discussion list (minus very few gaps)
from 13 Jan 1997 to date.  Will upload it to your new server if you want.
