Cordless presentation mouse

Do you really need the ability to do arbitrary X-Y movement from the 
presentation device?

I was under the impression from your wording that you wanted something 
that could serve as a regular mouse, in addition to being a presentation 
tool. I thought there were such products on the market, but the examples 
you showed appear like dedicated presentation tools that would be a poor 
substitute for a mouse for regular computing.
