Where?

Or do you mean an ATX tower that happens to have 5 drive bays?

The Sans Digital models, such as this one:

seem to offer the most competitive pricing, and their 4-bay enclosure 
sells typically for around $140. I saw it go on sale at Newegg a few 
weeks ago for close to $100, but before I could order a couple, the sale 
ended.

The Sans Digital models (some also sold under the Rosewill brand) use a 
"trayless" drive bay and come bundled with a multi-lane eSATA 
controller, which gives them a bit of an advantage over other generic 
eSATA enclosures.
