if the device is high quality, adapter  Amps rating  much greater than
device requirement is ok. But if they've shaved design pennies, the
device may rely upon the supply to limit draw, and thus draw too much
if given a over-spec supply. So don't over-buy by much in the Amps
either unless the device is fused.
