ECC RAM failure data - jre

I know my new router ram (2x1gb) ran memtest over night with out an error. Unfortunately this is the only experience iv had with ecc in 8 years or so.  But I suspect its much like everything else in that there are a lot more variables than just ecc or no ecc.

So, for that data 8GB DRAM is about 8 errors per month, ie about
one per 3-4 days.

What rates do you have?
