I spent some time with my TV that supports clear QAM and verified that every
channel that Comcast currently sends me as NTSC (analog) is also available
as clear QAM.  There are even a few clear QAM channels that are not
available as analog.  I'm 95% certain that this was not the case when I last
checked (2-3 months ago).    I did not differentiate between 480i and higher
resolutions.  I just made sure that I would have equivalent access to NTSC.
