F11 & ctrl-alt-backspace and Fn solved

There are some keyboard packages I added that enabled the 
System/Preferences/Keyboard/Layout/Layout Options.
Not sure exactly which one, because I installed a few at the same time. 
Now, both ctrl-alt-backspace and ctrl-alt-fn work fine.
