Free vs. pay versions

Also depends on what you call "support."

When I have some problem to figure out, I have much better response here and
other mailing lists and the Internet, than I do from RHEL support.

I pay for RHEL support, to download updates for servers, where for various
reasons, Centos wasn't good enough.  (But don't take that wrong - I have
more Centos servers than RHEL.  But some situations centos isn't
compatible.)
