Outlook sync with Google Calendar

For mac osx you can run office 2011, which now has a full version of
outlook.  Though its still in beta for another couple months, you can dig
up a copy with out much trouble.  Your still using an ms product but for
full compatibility that is your only choice.

On another note, google apps now has good meeting planing, and also will
work with outlook meeting emails.  However there is currently no way to
view other calendars, cross platform.  So your basically still stuck using
what everyone else is using, if you need to do a lot of meeting planing.
