I've used it in the past.  It's a very good forum software, especially
considering it's free. I have quite a few clients who I have installed it
for.  A couple words of caution.  First, make sure you keep up to date with
their software releases, in the past there have been numerous
XSS vulnerabilities.  Also, there are plugins to help with cutting down on
spam but they are not perfect.  Make sure when operating your forum you have
an active moderator or two, otherwise you'll end up with a ton of crap on
your site.  If your forum get popular, like one of my clients, they actually
hired a full time moderator to run the site.
